Parth Mukul Gupta runs growth at Simplismart. Brew cut the team’s email production time, and its event emails drew 11% clicks.

The AI-native editor makes it genuinely fast to go from brief to a polished email. It’s cut our email production time significantly.
Simplismart helps companies run AI models in production, fast and at lower cost, and its growth depends on meeting the engineers who build with them: at conferences, at its own webinars and in the inbox. Until this summer, that email ran through Mailchimp.
For a small growth team, every email was a production job. A brief had to become a design, the design had to become an email, and the event did not wait. When the moment to reach people was a single day on a conference floor, slow emails meant missed conversations.
Simplismart moved to Brew in June and verified connect.simplismart.ai as its sending domain. The team writes the brief, Brew returns a polished, on-brand email, and they adjust it on the canvas.
The first big test was Ray Summit. About 1,400 attendee contacts came in from a list, and the team ran a live booth campaign through the event: “At Ray Summit today? Stop by the Simplismart booth”, then “Inference gossip at Simplismart booth (goodies too)”, then “Did we miss you yesterday?” for anyone who had not come by.
After the Scaling Diffusion Models in Production webinar, the recording went to the approved guest list the same way, as the next issue of Simplismart’s INFERSIGHTS series.
Across about 2,400 deliveries, Simplismart’s event and webinar emails drew an 11% click rate, several times what event emails usually see. The booth emails to Ray Summit attendees were clicked by 12% of recipients, and the webinar recording was opened by 59% of the guests who received it.
What Parth points to most is speed. In his words, the AI-native editor makes it genuinely fast to go from brief to a polished email, and it has cut the team’s email production time significantly.

One newsletter a month used to be all I could manage. Now I run a full lifecycle program.

Emails used to take me hours. Now they’re done in minutes.

Our first email on Brew got a 60% open rate. Our old platform averaged 30%.

We are quite surprised by the frequent praise we are receiving from our clients about how attractive the new emails are.

It’s like having another person on my team who can learn my brand & business even faster than an actual assistant.

I’ve sent over six billion emails, and I’ve never built them this fast. When a client rebranded, their new flow was done the same afternoon.
